Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms: A 3% processing fee will be applied to all credit card payments. ACH payments are free of charge. 

 

Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ): Minimum case size 6 units per SKU Orders must be placed in full case quantities. 

Tester Policy: One complimentary tester is included on your first order of each sku, thereafter, retailer will receive a tester at a discounted price.

Shipping & Fulfillment: Free shipping is offered on wholesale orders of 6 units or more. Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days of payment receipt. Tracking information will be provided once the order ships. 

Returns & Damages: Retailer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. Damages or discrepancies must be reported to Lenox and Sixteenth within (5) business days of receiving inventory. 

MAP Pricing (Minimum Advertised Price): Retailers are expected to follow MAP pricing to maintain brand consistency 

Territory or Exclusivity: We do not offer exclusivity unless otherwise agreed upon in writing 

Consignment: Retailer is required to provide monthly updates to the brand at close of each month. Brand to invoice retailer within five (days of receiving invoice); retailer payment terms is net-14 upon receiving invoice 

Termination/Post-consignment period: Retailer to assume shipping costs for unsold items (must be returned to brand within 14 days of termination date at retailer's expense)
